Morihiko Sato boasts over 20 years of experience in leading marketing and branding projects for both domestic and global international brands at prestigious advertising agencies, including McCann Erickson and Dentsu. As a strategic marketing partner, he has orchestrated comprehensive planning and production initiatives, encompassing research, strategy, media, creative, and digital efforts, not only in Japan but also throughout the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. His expertise primarily resides in the B2C sector, with a special focus on consumer goods and the automotive industry. Additionally, he brings a wealth of experience in international human resources, including overseas employee compensation, and trade practices.
Sato's engagement with Indonesia commenced when he was stationed in Jakarta in 2014, an involvement that continues to this day. Over the years, he has garnered significant accomplishments in marketing support for clients, particularly in promotional activities, as well as in company establishment and managing legal, accounting, tax, and HR matters. He currently collaborates directly with coffee bean farms, various businesses, and professionals, utilizing both Indonesian and English.
Sato graduated from Sophia University with a degree in Economics. He completed his ESL courses at the University of Washington, USA. He has also completed JETRO's online trade courses, which include Basics, Advanced, and Export Negotiations. He achieved a TOEIC score of 955 in 2012 and has completed courses in Accounting, Finance, Management Strategy, and Marketing within an MBA program.
